What if you think you signed one form that you can remember, but your name is not on the list. I never kept a copy, and to the best of my recollection I never was given more chances to sign.

I as well recall signing document. Are their a list of Retired Players that recall Signing but where not given copy or do not recall if copy was given and misplaced that can be added into class action lawsuit?

I, too have only received the 2003 GLA letter to sign, and am only listed as receiving the payment for that year. I have written to all attorneys and the NFL asking why I was not sent a letter for the remaining years, but have been told that there was nothing that could be done now? is this true?

I do not remember signing a GLA, but in the 2nd amended compliant summons (C07 0943 WHA) on page 14 off 77, lines 9 and 10. “This conduct affects all retired players, regarless of whether or not they have signed a GLA.” Maybe those who didn’t sign the GLA will get some money.

I do remember signing this document during the super bowl in Miami one year but I never received any other information. I also have been a dues paying member every since I retired in 1992. My name has been used on several games and video. so my question is How do I get compensated? Please reply to me at keldrickdunn2hotmail.com

    thanks you,

I am confused as to why my name is not on the list. I thought I filled out everything that I was sent and returned it when asked. I also thought that all retired players were included in this lawsuit. What about the close to 1000 names of the 3000 originally sent in? What happened to them?

I would like some information and clarification if at all possible.

    Thank you

Dennis W. Shaw, I hear you. I can distinctly recall a former team mate telling me about the Law suit and sending a form with a number of retired players name on it. I think a investigation is called for to track the origin of that list. Perhaps with a little investigative work we can find out extactly what happen. The money would be great to have but, at this point i’m pissed off about the list missing. Did you know that the original plantiff in the suit pappers also disappeared. I’m going to contact my former team to see if we can put a trace on the list. By the way, if any retired players read this and you have not joined New NFL Alumni Association I urge you to do so. I believe if we get enough of us in the membership we can have better chance of getting some increases in our pensions and the apppropriate medical services that we need. We need to have one voice that represents all retired players, those that are members of independent retired players organizations or any other retired players entities.
Do not confuse the NFL Alumni Association with the NFL Alumni inc, it’s main forcus is charity activities. The Association is a advocate strictly for retired players only. No others are allowed. If you have any questions call Goerge Martin at (877)-258-6635. If you need a buffer you an call me at (714) 315- 1188
    Lets get serious

Back again, It has come to my attention that list were given to a group at the NFLPA from chapter presidents of streeing commitee in their cities. From what i have heard whose list were filter resulting in a number of retired palyers being taken off some list. It’s ashame but, that’s the way it goes sometimes.
It is the reason that all retired players must get involved and stay involved. We as retired players have a great opprotunity in the upcoming days to advocate for ourselves through an organization recognized by the commsioner, leauge and owners. That organization is the NFL ALumni Association. I’m you are all reware of that the CBA coming up for renewal. If it is not settled by March First who knows whta going to happen. But if is settled before than we want to make sure our voice has been heard and our concerns addressed. I hear that the Retired Independent Players Association is holding a summit in Las Vegas in April. Let it not be to vent frustrations over something we had no involvement in. As I state in an earlier blog, the League and onwers are recognizing the New Alumni Association as advocating for retired players. Join and be heard.
